As many of you were asking me for a Meal Plan for „How to losing weight“.
I am going to share an ingredient Plan, which you can cook your favorite Meal with that.
Especially for losing Weight, I would personally recommend to forget sugar Drinks, sweets and carbohydrates.

Don’t forget, if you want to lose weight or build up muscle, it is all about
